Derivative spouse changed to New Card Being Produced after RFE response

My spouse derivative case changed to New Card Being Produced after responding to a medical RFE. The RFE was issued in early May, medicals were delivered to the field office about a week later, and the case changed directly to NCBP. Both our files were at the same field office and both moved after responding to RFEs.
