EB-2 India downgrade and upgrade case approved after congressional inquiry

My case was originally filed with an EB-3 downgrade, later became current again under EB-2. After years in CRP, I did a congressional request and other follow-ups, and the case moved to a field office. Medical RFEs were issued for primary and derivative, responses were delivered, and both cases changed to New Card Being Produced in late May 2026.
