I am working on my I-485 EAD/AP and am no longer maintaining H-1B. With the new AOS memo, should I be worried that using EAD/AP puts my pending employment-based I-485 at risk?

AOS EAD/AP is part of the pending adjustment process, but maintaining H-1B can still provide a backup for some people.
