There is a lot of concern about a new USCIS memo discussing adjustment of status only in extraordinary circumstances. For people with already pending employment-based I-485s, especially those with EAD/AP, does this change anything immediately or is it more about discretionary review going forward?

The memo may matter more where there are negative discretionary factors, status gaps, or complicated immigration history.
