Only one case in our family is receiving repeated silent updates and Case Remains Pending history changes. The other case is quiet. Is there any reason one family member case would receive updates while the other does not?

Silent updates may reflect internal review, field office movement, or system activity, but they are hard to interpret.

Primary and derivative cases often update separately, even when filed together.
