I submitted unsolicited medicals for both primary and derivative applicants. Now one case has an RFE update that seems likely to be for medicals. If the RFE is for medicals again, should I send another sealed I-693, or ask USCIS to use the medicals already sent?

USCIS may not match unsolicited medicals reliably, so ignoring the RFE is risky.

Most people recommend responding to the RFE directly even if medicals were already sent.
